Ignite Search and Selection is recruiting a senior-level Contracts Director for a leading data centre developer in Dubai. The role focuses on the commercial and contractual strategy for mission-critical facility development, spanning site acquisition, construction, commissioning, and operational phases.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Extensive expertise in negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements for data centre infrastructure.
- Strong background in core location agreements, capacity commitments, and strategic infrastructure contracts.
- Ability to operate at board, executive, project, and technical levels.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Lead commercial negotiations with landlords, developers, operators, utilities, and strategic customers.
- Draft and negotiate complex MSAs, leases, licences, development agreements, and capacity agreements.
- Manage contractual risk, including liabilities, indemnities, warranties, and performance obligations.
- Partner with Legal, Development, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure operational resilience.
- Oversee contract governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.
