Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience and a valid bar association license.
• Full professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide legal advice to the board of directors, CEOs, and senior management.
• Draft and review legal documents including informed consents, T&Cs, GDPR agreements, and real estate contracts.
• Manage compliance with medical device regulations (classifications, labelling, marketing restrictions).
• Coordinate with external international lawyers and support the expansion team in new markets.
• Monitor and update health and safety regulations across relevant jurisdictions.
• Oversee product advertising to ensure compliance with advertising laws and medical device regulations.
