• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including legal partners.
• Identify risks and escalate issues in line with governance requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Relevant experience in motor Third-Party claims handling.
• Exposure to litigation matters is preferred.
• Strong understanding of claims processes, reserving, and settlement considerations.
• Certifications in BCP, CGI, and PGI are an advantage.
