Corporate Real Estate Associate | International Law Firm (Singapore)

Taylor Root is recruiting for a well-established international law firm seeking a Corporate Real Estate lawyer to join their Tier 1 team in Singapore. The role involves working on complex international transactions for clients including REITs, developers, and private equity funds.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified in Singapore (SG qualified).
• 2-6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Specific experience in Corporate Real Estate (distinct from retail conveyancing), including acquisitions, leasing, and advising on land rights issues.
• Excellent academic results are advantageous.

• Handling complex international transactions involving property acquisitions and divestments.
