Invenio Global is recruiting an Associate Solicitor for a leading US law firm's White Collar Defence & Investigations team in London. This role focuses on corporate financial crime, compliance, and investigations, offering a 1,600-hour annual billable target.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- PQE: 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Background: Experience from a leading City, Magic Circle, or comparable international firm.
- Expertise: Proven track record in white collar crime, corporate investigations, financial crime, or regulatory work.
- Skills: Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to manage complex, cross-border matters.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advising on sanctions, export controls, AML, and anti-bribery/corruption (ABC) matters.
- Conducting corporate due diligence for M&A, investments, and joint ventures.
- Managing internal investigations and regulatory enforcement matters.
- Developing risk mitigation, remediation, and compliance programs.
- Advising senior individuals and major corporate/financial institution clients.
Stipend & Compensation
Base Pay Range: £150,000.00 - £170,000.00 per annum.
