iOENT is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team in Tallinn, Estonia. This role focuses on supporting the company's brands across multiple jurisdictions, providing exposure to commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory research within the fintech and Web3 sectors.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Degree in Law.
Previous legal experience (e.g., paralegal, legal assistant, or junior legal role) is preferred.
Foundational understanding of contract law and commercial transactions.
Strong legal research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard commercial agreements.
Managing contract lifecycles, including renewals and amendments.
Conducting legal and regulatory research.
Supporting third-party due diligence and background checks.
Assisting with corporate governance, registers, and intra-company documentation.
Reviewing customer complaints, disputes, and chargeback matters.
Maintaining consumer-facing legal documentation and promotional compliance.
