JMC Legal Recruitment is managing the placement of a Family Solicitor (2 to 5 years PQE) for an established High Net Worth (HNW) family law boutique based in South Manchester, United Kingdom. The firm specializes in complex, privately funded family law matters for high-net-worth individuals, sports personalities, and business owners, offering direct partner mentorship and an existing caseload from day one.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Professional Experience: Qualified Family Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience handling privately funded family law matters, including financial remedy and private Children Act proceedings.
• Commercial Skills: Interest in business development, networking, and commercial growth within a boutique practice environment.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Work directly with two partners on a varied and complex caseload of privately funded family matters.
• Handle divorce, financial remedy proceedings, Children Act cases, TOLATA issues, and cohabitation disputes.
• Inherit an established caseload while actively building and maintaining client relationships.
• Participate in networking, firm business development, and internal mentoring.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Salary: £40,000.00 to £55,000.00 per year (commensurate with experience).
• Employment Type: Full-time / Associate Level.
• Location: South Manchester, Manchester Area, United Kingdom.
