Energy Commercial Transactions Associate / Counsel

Jobot is hiring an Energy Commercial Transactions Associate / Counsel with 3+ years of experience for a growing practice focused on energy, infrastructure, and emerging technology matters located in Seattle, WA.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of relevant transactional experience.
• Experience with commercial contracts, project development, infrastructure-related transactions, or other sophisticated business transactions.
• Active law license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements related to development, procurement, operations, supply arrangements, and strategic business initiatives.
• Support transactions involving acquisitions, divestitures, financing arrangements, development projects, and other complex business transactions.
• Advise clients on industry-specific commercial and regulatory considerations impacting transactional matters.
• Assist with contract strategy, risk allocation, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Manage client relationships and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Pay Range: $225,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr (Actual pay based on skills and experience)

Mode: Full-time with a flexible hybrid schedule
