• Private equity acquisitions, investments and exits
• Private M&A transactions and public takeovers
• Carve‑out transactions and consortium acquisitions
• Growth capital investments, strategic minority investments and hybrid investment structures
• Corporate restructures, governance and general corporate advisory matters
