Compliance Officer

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Conduct transaction monitoring, AML screening, and suspicious activity reporting.
• Perform customer due diligence (CDD/KYC) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) for high‑risk clients.
• Execute sanction screenings and investigate potential violations.
• Carry out compliance risk assessments and recommend control improvements.
• Prepare regulatory filings (SARs, CTRs) and detailed investigation reports.
• Provide compliance advice to internal teams and liaise with external stakeholders.
