Key Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, professional liability, and/or homeowners associations (HOA).
- Admitted to practice in Florida.
- JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
- Experience handling litigation in federal and state courts.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Participate in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trials.
