Kingsley Green Recruitment is seeking a UK-based Legal Counsel to join an international, high-growth household name. This role focuses on corporate, capital markets, and US securities compliance, providing direct exposure to C-suite leadership and senior stakeholders.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer based in the UK.
- Strong background in corporate and capital markets law.
- Experience or knowledge of US securities, SEC compliance, or public company requirements.
- Strong commercial judgment and strategic mindset.
- US LLM is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advise on corporate, corporate finance, and capital markets matters.
- Support US securities compliance, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements.
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Investor Relations departments.
- Manage cross-border legal considerations involving UK/EU and US jurisdictions.
- Contribute to the development of corporate and securities strategy.
