Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of contentious property matters (commercial landlord & tenant, development, real property)
- Handle lease renewals, dilapidations, covenant breaches, alterations, reinstatement, rent & service charge disputes, business rates, rent reviews, vacant possession, forfeiture, breaks, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, rights of way, boundary disputes, rights to light, telecoms, development, overage, construction disputes, landlord & tenant insolvency
- Assist with marketing and business development initiatives
