Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years PQE in commercial contracts within a recognised practice.
• Specialization: Proven experience in technology, commercial, outsourcing, procurement, software licensing, data protection, or cyber-related matters.
• Skills: Ability to manage complex projects, draft and negotiate confidently, and engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advising on digital transformation, procurement, and technology licensing projects.
• Handling matters related to cyber security, data protection, ePrivacy, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Managing client relationships and business development initiatives.
• Mentoring junior colleagues within the firm.
