Kolar, Esq. Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensure: Active license to practice law in the State of California.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in general civil litigation.
• Skills & Background: Practical experience in conducting/defending depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Familiarity with civil/consumer law, Consumers Legal Remedies Act, Song-Beverly Act, B&P 17200, premises liability defense, personal injury, and employment law is preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft and argue law and motion filings.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research, interpret statutes/regulations, and advise clients on legal issues.
• Assist lead counsel with trial preparation and actively participate in trials.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Pay Scale: $140,000 – $200,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
• Bonus: Opportunity to participate in a performance-based bonus program tied to individual billing contributions.

• Mode & Location: Full-time position in Tustin, California.
