The role focuses on providing contract-based legal counsel, managing corporate risk, and supporting strategic transformation projects.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 7–10 years of experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Professional Background: Prior experience in a large, complex organization or a leading law firm.
• Legal Expertise: Mastery of US employment and benefits laws, with a broad understanding of EU regulatory implications.
• Core Competencies: Demonstrated familiarity with corporate law, procurement/supply chain contracting, and product liability/compliance regulations.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal support for corporate activities and transformation projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and related documentation.
• Manage disputes, claims, and pre-litigation matters in coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Assess legal exposure and develop strategies to mitigate risk while meeting commercial objectives.
• Oversee external counsel relationships, including cost management and quality oversight.
