Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drive contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders from intake to final decree.
• Represent clients in court with confidence and clarity, conducting depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
• Provide results-driven, compassionate client counseling.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Compensation: $75,000 – $130,000 Base Salary + bonus structure with $70k+ annual upside.
• Benefits: 401(k) with up to 5% company match, Medical, Dental, Vision plans, Disability insurance, PTO, and an earned hybrid option.
• Mode: Full-Time (On-site / Hybrid option available).
