LEAP Management Consulting Co., Ltd. is hiring a Legal Counsel / Legal Specialist – Global Markets in Singapore on behalf of a leading digital freight platform expanding globally across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, Türkiye, and Latin America.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Singapore PR or Citizen
• Fluent Chinese (English as working language)
• Law degree from a reputable university
• Candidates with 1+ year legal experience (internet platform, law firm, or MNC) or fresh graduates with a law background

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Legal and compliance research and solution design for market entry across target regions
• End-to-end legal support for daily operations, compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory communication
• Handle adverse events (employee relations, complex complaints, public opinion, emergencies) with legal assessments and process improvements
• Track regulatory developments and manage external counsel
• Draft and review commercial agreements, platform rules, and contracts
• Develop compliance guidelines and deliver training to business teams
