Lexitas Legal Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Litigation Associate position with a rapidly growing law firm on Long Island. The firm has expanded from 10 to 55 employees in the last 3-4 years and maintains a relaxed, supportive culture. The role focuses on personal injury and workers' compensation litigation, requiring a tech-forward approach to case management.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5-10 years of legal experience.
• Trial Experience: Some trial experience is required.
• Technical Skills: Must be familiar with SmartAdvocate for case management (similar to SAGA) and be tech-forward with AI utilization.
• Practice Area: Experience in personal injury or workers' compensation is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Self-motivated.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle personal injury and/or workers' compensation litigation cases.
• Utilize case management software (SmartAdvocate) and AI tools for efficiency.
• Manage case resolution to maximize bonus potential.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus for resolved cases, ranging from $150,000 to $500,000.
• Benefits: 401k, health, dental, vision, and Long-Term Disability (LTD) insurance.
