The role involves providing legal support to Hazera, a global vegetable seed company within the Limagrain Group, focusing on commercial, corporate, and operational legal matters.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Dutch law.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience as an attorney-at-law (completion of the Dutch professional legal training program).
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
- Proficiency in commercial contract law and corporate law.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (distribution, licensing, collaboration, procurement, and sales).
- Advise business stakeholders on corporate, operational, and regulatory compliance issues.
- Manage disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams and steering committees.
- Translate legal risks into practical business solutions.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation: Competitive salary package including 8.33% holiday allowance, 25 days paid holiday, and 13 days ATV.
