Links International, a recruitment firm based in Singapore, is hiring a Contracts Manager (Construction) to oversee pre‑tender documentation, contract administration, progress payments, and claim negotiations for civil‑works projects.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum academic qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage and coordinate preparation of pre‑tender documents and respond to tender clarifications/amendments.
- Prepare contract documents, administer contracts, and review commercial aspects with clients and sub‑contractors.
- Assist Project Managers in preparing monthly progress payments and ensure successful claim of progress payments.
- Attend site meetings with project staff as required.
- Assist in preparation of variation orders and maintain comprehensive records of work alterations and design amendments.
- Liaise with main contractors and client’s Q/S on claims, negotiate, and finalise accounts.
