L.K. Jordan & Associates is partnering with an established and highly respected Texas law firm seeking Associate Attorneys to join its growing team across practice areas including Corporate/Business Law, Commercial Litigation, and Commercial Real Estate in Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Austin.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Licensing: Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Skills: Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Practice Background: Demonstrated experience within Corporate/Business, Commercial Litigation, or Commercial Real Estate.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle sophisticated client work and shoulder meaningful responsibility in chosen practice areas.
• Engage in professional development and mentorship with a clear trajectory toward partnership.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Compensation: Starting at $125K+ (based on experience).
• Additional Benefits: Relocation assistance available; on track for partnership within approximately 3–5 years.
• Mode: Full-time, On-site (Corpus Christi, San Antonio, or Austin, TX).
