Sr. Corporate Counsel, Supply Chain

Contextual Overview

Long Wall, an aerospace and defense company focused on missile defense technology, is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to lead legal support for its supply chain operations. This role involves drafting and negotiating complex commercial and government contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building scalable legal processes within a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Ability to practice or register as in-house counsel in California.
• Minimum of 6+ years of legal experience, with significant exposure to government contracting.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft and negotiate diverse legal documents, including commercial/government contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, and SaaS/IT licenses.
• Develop and implement supply chain legal policies, templates, and training programs.
• Provide strategic legal advice on FAR/DFARS flow-down requirements and supply chain risks.
• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for internal stakeholders and external third parties.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 per year.
