Senior Legal Counsel – Lume Deodorant (Mammoth Brands)
Full‑time legal position located in New York, NY, reporting to the Director of Legal, Enterprise. The role focuses on corporate, technology, finance, people, and M&A matters, providing pragmatic, risk‑calibrated legal advice to enable rapid business decisions.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree and J.D.
- Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant in‑house experience.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Serve as a strategic partner to Enterprise leadership.
- Negotiate, draft, and advise on complex corporate and commercial agreements.
- Support Mammoth Labs and Finance on strategic transactions, investments, and financings.
- Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity, AI‑related matters.
- Provide counsel to People team on employment matters.
- Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Deliver or oversee training on pertinent legal topics.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $195,000 – $225,000. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, equity, flexible time off, L&D stipend, sabbaticals, paid parental leave, free products, and an in‑office work model.
