Knowledge Management Lawyer (Finance) - Singapore

Lumiere Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm in Singapore with a market-leading banking and finance practice. The role focuses on knowledge management, precedent ownership, and training delivery for cross-border financings across Asia.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified lawyer with 5 years UK-equivalent Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Cross-border Banking & Finance experience.
• England & Wales and/or Singapore qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in building and delivering training programmes.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Legal & Market Intelligence: Track banking/finance law developments and produce research notes, client guides, and internal briefings.
• Precedents & Advisory: Own and update APLMA facility agreements and security documents; advise fee-earners on structuring live deals.
• Training & Knowledge Systems: Design and deliver training for lawyers, trainees, and clients; support BD campaigns and promote knowledge management tools.
