Madison Pearl is recruiting for a Career Paralegal, Dispute Resolution position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The firm's disputes practice advises on contentious matters including commercial litigation, arbitration, construction disputes, and corporate disputes before UAE onshore courts and arbitral institutions.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 5 years of overall paralegal experience, preferably within a leading law firm or established disputes practice.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Support partners and fee-earners across commercial litigation, arbitration, and construction disputes.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and management of pleadings, submissions, witness statements, chronologies, bundles, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal and factual research across UAE laws, regulations, case law, and procedural rules.
- Assist with document review, disclosure, evidence management, due diligence, and settlement proceedings.
- Maintain case files, monitor deadlines, coordinate documentation, and liaise with clients, courts, arbitral institutions, experts, and counsel.
- Supervise, mentor, and delegate work to junior paralegals.
