Senior Legal Counsel

Contextual Overview

Mammoth Brands, the modern consumer‑packaged‑goods company behind Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando and Coterie, is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel for its Enterprise function in New York, NY. The role reports to the Director of Legal, Enterprise and supports Finance, People, Technology and Mammoth Labs (M&A) teams.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• J.D. degree and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with significant in‑house exposure.
• Broad experience advising on corporate, commercial, employment and data‑privacy matters.
• Strong judgment, risk‑calibrated advice, and ability to work in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Partner with Enterprise leadership; provide strategic legal advice.
• Negotiate and draft complex corporate and commercial agreements.
• Lead legal workstreams for strategic transactions, investments, financings, and M&A initiatives.
• Advise on technology, data‑privacy, cybersecurity and AI‑related legal issues.
• Support People team on employment law matters.
• Develop and maintain company policies; deliver training on legal topics.
