Contextual Overview

MAP Legal Recruitment is hiring a Senior Associate (5–7 PQE) for a leading international law firm's Employment team in London. The role focuses on high-value, cross-border transactional employment matters, including M&A, private equity, and restructuring, alongside contentious and advisory work.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Admitted as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales, or overseas qualified with relevant London market experience.
• Experience: 5–7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Expertise: Proven track record in complex transactional employment work and cross-border matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Lead employment aspects of complex domestic and international transactions.
• Advise on contentious matters, including High Court litigation and Employment Tribunal claims.
• Collaborate with corporate, private equity, and regulatory teams on multi-jurisdictional projects.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Base Pay Range: £170,000.00 – £210,000.00 per annum.
