• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in litigation or insurance defense.
• Skills: Strong research, writing, oral communication, and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Represent clients in transportation-related incidents (e.g., auto, tractor/trailer, and motor vehicle accidents).
• Conduct accident investigations, analyze evidence, and develop defense strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings including depositions and trials.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Salary: $110,000 – $165,000 per year.
• Bonus: Quarterly bonus plan based on billables (potential for an additional $52,000 annually).
