Key Eligibility Criteria

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina (NC)
• Graduation from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience, specifically including family law practice
• Demonstrated first-chair trial experience

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise and consult with clients on family law issues and ongoing litigation.
• Research case details, evidence, police/DSS reports, pleadings, and applicable case law.
• Develop case strategies and prepare legal documents including pleadings and separation agreements.
• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and first-chair trials before a judge.
• Handle case settlements, business development, and meet established billable hour requirements.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000+ (Salaried position with a Sign-on Bonus)
