Solicitor (0-3 Years PQE) – Mercantile Barristers
Mercantile Barristers, a leading chambers in Greater London, is hiring a full‑time Litigation Solicitor to join their team. The role involves managing litigation cases from pre‑action through trial and appeal, reporting to a Barrister and collaborating with other solicitors and clients.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- UK qualified solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE
- Competent knowledge and use of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Professional appearance, friendly manner, flexibility, innovative and forward thinking
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Maintain full litigation case management from pre‑action conduct through to trial and appeal in compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules
- Work collaboratively with a Barrister and support other solicitors and Public/Direct Access clients
