Program Manager, Regional Regulatory Readiness – Meta, Singapore
Meta’s Regulatory Readiness team ensures the company is prepared for the evolving global regulatory landscape. The role focuses on managing regulatory risk intelligence, driving readiness programs, and coordinating cross‑functional responses to regulatory developments across the Asia‑Pacific region.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- 8+ years experience in program management, regulatory affairs, public policy, compliance, risk management or related fields
- Experience within the APAC regulatory landscape with depth in at least two key jurisdictions
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- End‑to‑end management of regulatory inquiries, statutory requests, investigations, and consultations across APAC
- Preparation and delivery of transparency and compliance reports for the region
- Intake, triage, and strategy development for new regulatory demands; engagement of subject‑matter experts across legal, policy, and product teams
- Tracking regulatory developments and emerging pressures across APAC; managing readiness workstreams for new obligations and enforcement deadlines
- Production of executive communications on response status, compliance posture, and emerging risks
- Development and improvement of workflows, tools, and frameworks to enhance response efficiency and consistency
