Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide pragmatic legal advice to support business‑driven strategic and commercial goals
- Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements (product purchase, volume supply, warranties, confidentiality, etc.)
- Assist in planning and development of new product initiatives and market expansion
- Collaborate with supply‑chain, engineering, quality, and security teams on operational and compliance matters
- Proactively address emerging issues related to product sales
- Develop and deliver training on key legal issues to Business Units and Sales teams
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base salary range: $151,000 – $351,000 per year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
