Key Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
- Conducting fact investigations and legal research.
- Managing client communication and providing case updates.
- Defending and taking depositions.
- Participating in mediations and court proceedings.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
- Base Salary: Starting at $105,000.00 per annum.
- Incentives: Performance-based incentive plan up to $15,000 per calendar year.
