- Experience with wage and hour claims is considered a strong plus.
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Day-to-day management of cases from pre-litigation through litigation, focusing largely on the pre-suit side and assisting senior attorneys once claims are filed.
- Drafting and filing litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, demands, motions, and memoranda.
- Guiding clients seamlessly through the case process and interacting with expert witnesses for conferences, reports, and affidavits.
- Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
