This role focuses on providing strategic legal support for energy transition projects, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal affairs within a high-stakes infrastructure environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Master’s degree in Law obtained in Luxembourg, France, or Belgium.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel.
• Sector Expertise: Mandatory prior experience in the energy sector (e.g., grid management, energy supply, or regulatory bodies).
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of French (written and oral) and professional proficiency in either English or German.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis to support corporate strategy.
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex commercial and operational contracts.
• Advising internal teams on regulatory compliance and energy-specific legal frameworks.
• Liaising with public authorities, regulators, and government ministries.
• Managing pre-litigation and litigation files in coordination with external counsel.
• Developing internal legal knowledge through training and advisory notes.
