Key Eligibility Criteria

• Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensure: Admitted to the Connecticut State Bar or possess an adequate UBE score for admission.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Assets: Prior judicial clerkship experience is considered a valuable asset.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Independently manage a caseload from inception to conclusion.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and senior attorneys to devise litigation strategies.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Salary: $105,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience). Includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, and a mobile phone stipend.
