Motus Legal Recruitment is hiring an Employment Solicitor/Associate on behalf of a top-tier national/international law firm in the London Area, UK. The role sits within a Chambers and Legal 500-ranked employment practice handling boardroom-level executive advisory, complex workforce issues, and cross-border matters across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1 to 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as an Employment Solicitor.
• Background: Proven background in handling broad employment law matters in a reputable legal practice.
• Skills: Strong analytical, advisory, and litigation capabilities with an ambitious and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handling tribunal litigation, discrimination cases, whistleblowing claims, and workplace investigations.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and handling TUPE, restructuring, and redundancies.
• Providing strategic executive advisory and handling international employment matters for listed multinationals, retail, hospitality, and food & beverage leaders.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 per year (£92,000+ base salary).
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Work Mode: Hybrid flexibility with clear career progression structure.
