MRA Search is recruiting a Legal Counsel on behalf of a global AI business experiencing an exciting period of growth. The successful candidate will join the legal team in London, reporting directly to the Legal Director as part of a global legal structure.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 4–7 Post Qualification Experience (PQE) as a commercial/technology lawyer.
• Background: Preference for candidates currently working in-house for a technology business, though practitioners from other sectors will be considered.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Collaborating closely with sales, finance, and product teams while leading customer-facing negotiations.
• Advising on a diverse range of IT contracts and data privacy matters.
