Key Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a reputable institution.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Domain Expertise: Strong background in investment transactions, fund structures, corporate transactions, private markets, and financial investments.
