- Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Support procurement and partnership agreements.
- Manage complex cross‑border transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
- Translate local legal requirements into practical guidance for global teams.
- Develop and improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and workflow processes.
