Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advise business leaders and teams on commercial, legal, and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS, technology, distribution, and hardware agreements.
- Advise on strategic projects, transactions, governance, and policy.
- Translate recurring legal questions into standards, templates, playbooks, and smarter processes using AI and Legal Tech.
- Build strong relationships across business units and international operations.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation: โฌ 5.800 to โฌ 8.000 gross per month (based on 38 hours per week), plus a thirteenth-month salary, pension plan, profit sharing, and shareholder opportunities.
Mode: Hybrid (32 - 38 hours per week)
