• Language: Must be fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Qualification: Law degree from a recognized institution; admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal role is required.
• Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills; familiarity with blockchain or Web3 regulations is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support partners in advising clients on corporate, blockchain, and commercial matters.
• Draft and review contracts, transaction documents, governance frameworks, and compliance policies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda.
• Liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and manage cross-border matters involving Chinese jurisdictions.
• Assist with regulatory filings and participate in client meetings.
