This strategic role involves managing global compliance frameworks, leading internal investigations, and driving the adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance compliance operations within a leading international electrification company.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Approximately 8–15 years in Legal, Ethics & Compliance, or Regulatory functions within a multinational organization or international law firm.
- Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of anti-bribery & corruption, competition law, trade sanctions, and export controls.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead complex investigations and integrate AI-enabled solutions into compliance processes.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; French is highly desirable.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Lead complex litigation support, internal investigations, and regulatory enquiries.
- Drive the evolution of the global compliance program and governance policies.
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide risk-based commercial advice.
