This role focuses on supporting high-value commercial and technology transactions, specifically enabling the growth of the CXone Mpower platform through the negotiation of complex SaaS and strategic partnership agreements.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) with strong academic credentials.
- Licensing: Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Experience: 8 to 10+ years of legal experience, with significant expertise in SaaS, cloud computing, and enterprise software transactions (vendor-side).
- In-House: Prior in-house legal experience in a commercial or technology-driven environment is required.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Lead complex commercial and technology transactions across sales, product, and procurement.
- Provide guidance on U.S. and international data protection, cybersecurity, and IP law.
- Develop and scale legal operations, including playbooks, templates, and contracting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align legal strategy with business objectives.
- Negotiate inbound procurement and vendor agreements.
