Contextual Overview

NicheHR Global is hiring an experienced Paralegal – Trademarks & Compliance to join the Group Legal & Compliance team in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on the management and protection of the Group’s trademark portfolio across the GCC, alongside providing support for compliance, governance, and general legal matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in a paralegal, legal operations, trademark, or intellectual property environment.
• Practical understanding of trademark registration and portfolio management (GCC exposure preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal/trademark management systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Trademark Management: Oversee GCC trademark portfolio including searches, applications, registrations, renewals, and monitoring watch notices.
• Documentation: Coordinate powers of attorney, notarization, and legalization requirements.
• Compliance Support: Assist with compliance programs, third-party due diligence, and the maintenance of legal/compliance policies.
• Administrative: Process trademark agent invoices, maintain cost records, and prepare periodic portfolio updates for the Legal team.
