This role involves providing legal support across corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution within a public benefit company environment.
Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including technology services and procurement contracts.
