Key Eligibility Criteria
- Previous FX experience and knowledge within a global financial institution, including sales/trading desk advisory experience.
- Familiarity with Asia FX regulations (primarily MAS) and relevant Singaporean, Korean, Australian, and Chinese laws.
- Understanding of FX Derivatives Regulations (e.g., Trade Reporting) and ASIC Derivative Transaction reporting obligations.
- Strong financial industry background combined with compliance, audit, legal, or risk management coursework.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide compliance advisory support and input to business and management partners regarding regulatory requirements and market best practices.
- Assist in managing the monitoring and surveillance program for the APAC FX business.
- Represent compliance in relevant governance forums, committees, and regulatory interactions.
- Evaluate regulatory requirements against existing processes to identify gaps, escalate risks, and recommend procedural changes.
- Review and provide feedback on regulatory consultation papers and industry guidance (e.g., ISDA, ASIFMA).
- Develop and execute compliance-related projects, training programs, and regional policies.
