Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Handle a caseload focused on probate, guardianship, and family law matters.
• Support or handle matters in civil litigation or criminal defense depending on legal background.
• Represent clients and attend court sessions across DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties.
• Collaborate with in-office attorneys, paralegals, and administrative support personnel.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience and production target).
• Benefits & Bonus: 10% origination bonus, 50% employer-paid health insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, dental insurance, and 15 days of PTO.
• Work Mode: Full-time (Remote / Hybrid available, with regular in-office and court presence in Illinois).
