Corporate Legal Executive - Onyx Singapore Pte Ltd

Onyx Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting a Corporate Legal Executive on behalf of a state-owned entity (SOE) in the manufacturing sector. The role involves providing operational and legal support to the Legal Counsel across commercial, corporate, and governance matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Law, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a legal support capacity.
• Industry Preference: Prior experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in NDAs, service agreements, customer/supplier agreements, IP matters, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support commercial contract review and corporate governance processes.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research.
• Manage intellectual property and confidentiality documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisers.
• Independently manage routine legal matters and maintain corporate records.
• Monitor contractual obligations and support legal process improvement initiatives.
